Boy, were we right. We signed in July - had a contract in August. Not just a contract but a great one. This was the 3rd home we have sold and by far - the smoothest closing we have ever had. Ashleigh was an amazing real estate agent to work for. My wife does not know much about Athen's so having Ashleigh around my wife could talk to her about different areas of town and the things that part of town had to offer. Ashleigh dealt with us looking at 9+ houses one day and we still did not find what we wanted. Her knowledge of the market and the market shift were very helpful when we finally found our dream home. We would use her again in a heartbeat, and I recommend her to anyone who may be looking for a house!
Ashleigh helped me find exactly the house I wanted and negotiated a price much lower than the asking price. She is very patient and easy to work with. She wrote contracts on three houses for me, two of which I rejected after having the inspection done. She "went the extra mile" to be sure I was satisfied, and I am very satisfied.
